Living room with fitted carpet, black cast iron coal effect gas stove – set in large open fireplace. Easy chairs, window seat, TV.
Sitting room with fitted carpet, with open fire and night storage radiator, easy chairs and double futon.
Dining room with fitted carpet, dining table and 6 chairs, welsh dresser, and double door to large garden.
Kitchen with hardwood parquet floor. Electric 4-ring hob, built in electric oven, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, old pine kitchen units and sink.
Bathroom with cork floor tiles, w.c., wash hand basin, and bath with electric shower over.
Porch with space for coats, boots, wellies, fishing tackle and sports equipment.

Large enclosed secluded garden, including driveway with parking for 4 cars.
